Woodstove-fireplaceGlass.com uses UPS and FedEx for all under 70 pounds. Larger orders will ship using one of our partner shipping companies. Our shipping department is capable of shipping to almost any location domesticly or in Canada. We cannot ship to PO boxes.
If your only address is to a P.O. Box contact us so we can check into shipping using the U.S. post office.
Most orders for tempered glass placed Monday - Friday and take about a week to process. In the event you have an urgent order please make sure to contact us to ensure we rush your order.

Our delivery times are not guaranteed
We use extreme caution when packaging Glass. When necessary we use Styrofoam to wrap the glass first than apply an outer layer of cardboard.
We do provide drop shipping. In the comment box on the order form, include the address that you would like to have your glass shipped to.
On large orders for Glass we may use plywood crates to package Glass.
If you are in the West central Illinios area you may choose the option to Will Call your order. If you choose this option we will contact you once your order is ready for pick up. Please make sure to have a vehicle large enough to carry your glass in a safe manner.

Q: How Will My Replacement Fireplace Glass Be Shipped?
We use shipping boxes designed specially for our fireplace and wood stove replacement glass and ship the package using traditional couriers and parcel services. We ship this kind of glass every day to across the US and Canada. We guarantee that your glass will be delivered to you in good order.
Note: the vast majority of our shipments arrive in pristine shape, but sometimes the courier has a bad day. If the shipping package appears damaged or broken when its delivered to you, just refuse to accept the package from the courier and let us know right away! Do not accept or open a damaged package. This automatically sets up the insurance claim process which we will handle and we will send you a new piece right away. We are not responsible, however, if you order the wrong size or damage the glass during installation.
