A pellet stove is a stove that burns compressed wood or biomass pellets. It is used for heating in residential and sometimes industrial spaces. By steadily feeding fuel from a storage container (hopper) using an electric auger into a bin, they create a constant flame that requires little adjustment. Pellet stoves can have efficiency levels of up to 90 percent.

Pellet stoves can generate upwards of 500 degrees. This is why you must use Pellet Stove glass that is made of a ceramic material like Pyroceram or Neoceram glass. Robax glass may also by used. Never use tempered glass in a Pellet Stove.
