Because each piece of glass from is uniquely made to order, we CAN NOT accept returns unless the glass is broken in shipping or incorrectly manufactured. Once the customer receives the order it is that customers sole responsibility to care for the glass. If your Glass is not made to your specifications you must notify within 72 hours. After 72 hours will not be held responsible for errors in manufacturing.
