How do I know what type of glass was in my stove/fireplace?
Follow through our help page to best determine the type of glass you need.
What is a seamed edge?
A seamed edge is when the glass edge is sanded so it is not sharp. This is not the same as a polished or beveled edge.
What if the glass I need is not a square/rectangle and needs to be cut to a pattern?
Search our list of brands for your stove or fireplace model. If you are unable to find your model then please call us to check for availability.
What tints do ceramic glass (i.e. Pyroceram, Neoceram, Robax) come in?
Ceramic glass has a slight amber tint that is considered "clear". It does not come in any other tint.
What if I do not see my glass listed?
If you are unable to find your model then please call us to check for availability.
Should I replace the fiberglass gasket around my stove glass?
If the gasket around your glass looks singed or is not sealing properly, you should replace it. You should also replace the gasket when replacing the glass to reduce maintenance later on. Shop tape gasket here gasket.
What is your cutting tolerance?
Our cutting tolerance is within 1/16" of an inch.
Can holes be drilled and notches cut out of ceramic glass?
Yes, holes can be drilled in ceramic glass, but we do not recommend it. This is why we do not offer this service.
How large of ceramic sheets can be ordered?
Our largest standard shipping glass can be 38" x 36". For anything larger, up to 44" x 82", please contact us to discuss special shipping.
How can I order glass?
You can search our online catalog to place an order or give us a call at 217-223-0999. We try our best to answer ever call. But if you miss us, leave us a message and we will call you back!
Why are your wood stove and fireplace glass prices so much lower than your competition?
Because WoodStove-FireplaceGlass.com cuts, boxes and ships the glass right here in Quincy Illinois, you are purchasing directly from the manufacturer. The glass is not marked up several times before it is made available to our customers.
Can I cancel or change an order?
Yes but you'd better hurry! We process orders quickly!

What payment methods do you accept?

Will there be sales tax on my order?
Not if ordered out side of Illinois.
Do you ship C.O.D.?
We do not.
How long before I receive my order?
Most orders placed Monday - Friday will ship same or next day that it is placed. If ordered Ground Service, 2-5 days is typical for arrival.
How is the glass packed?
We wrap the glass in foam and ship it in a durable box to ensure the safe delivery of your glass. All shipments are insured by us.
Do you ship to P.O. boxes or APO/AP addresses?
Yes we do ship to both P.O. boxes and APO/AP addresses.
Do you ship to Alaska or Hawaii?
Yes. These orders are shipped "Flat Rate" unless other arrangements are made. Please contact us for the best available rates.
Do you ship Internationally?
We currently only ship domestic U.S only. We do not ship to Canada or other countries.
Will you ship to a different address or drop ship to my customer?
Yes we can ship to any address within the U.S.
How can I track my shipment?
Your tracking information will be emailed to you when your order is processed.
Can i get my order any faster?
Yes, you can select - 3 day, 2 day or next day shipping. Expedited order are a priority, but keep in mind 2:pm Central time is our cut off. Any orders placed after that will be one day longer. And weekends do not count. For example: An order that is placed on Monday afternoon at 4pm with 2 day shipping, will not ship out until Tuesday at 2pm. and would arrive on Thursday. If it was ordered on Saturday, it would not go out until Monday at 2:pm and arrive on Wednesday.
Is there a warranty on my glass product?
We will warranty a product during shipping. Once your product is installed we cannot warranty it in the event it was installed incorrectly. Please refer to our installation instructions to ensure the best results. If you believe your glass has cracked due to an imperfection in the product, please contact us.
