Shipping Information

Tell me about the free shipping.
Free Shipping Free ground shipping will be added at checkout for orders totaling $100 or more in the United States. Orders will ship in 1-3 business days and will be shipped via USPS Priority, FedEx Ground, or UPS Ground unless specifically requested (Alaska & Hawaii will ship USPS Flat Rate). Expedited shipping (i.e. 3-Day Select, 2-Day Air, Next-Day Air) is not included as a free option and will be an additional cost. Additional shipping options can be estimated at checkout. Woodstove-FireplaceGlass reserves the right to make changes to our free shipping policy.

How long before I receive my order?
Most orders placed Monday - Friday will ship same or next day that it is placed. If ordered Ground Service, 2-5 days is typical for arrival.

Can i get my order any faster?
Yes, you can select - 3 day, 2 day or next day shipping. Expedited order are a priority, but keep in mind 2pm Central time is our cut off. Any orders placed after that will be one day longer. And weekends do not count. For example: An order that is placed on Monday afternoon at 4pm with 2 day shipping, will not ship out until Tuesday at 2pm. and would arrive on Thursday. If it was ordered on Saturday, it would not go out until Monday at 2pm and arrive on Wednesday

What about placing an order with Next Day Shipping?
Next Day Shipping orders are made a priority. Ceramic glass and gasket sales can go out Next Day, but Tempered glass orders cannot. Keep in mind "Next Day Shipping" means next business day. So an order placed on Monday before 2pm should arrive on Tuesday. But an order placed Monday at 2:30pm would arrive on Wednesday. An order placed before 2pm on Friday would arrive on Monday. An order placed at 2:30 pm on Friday would not arrive until Tuesday.  Times are Central Time. 2:pm is our processing cut off time.  

How is the glass packed?
We wrap the glass in foam and ship it in a durable box to ensure the safe delivery of your glass. All shipments are insured by us.

Do you ship to P.O. boxes or APO/AP addresses?
Yes we do ship to both P.O. boxes and APO/AP addresses.
But please provide a Physical address as well when possible.  This insures that we can ship in the most efficient way possible.
 
Do you ship to Alaska or Hawaii?
Yes. These orders are shipped "Flat Rate" USPS unless other arrangements are made. Please contact us for the best available rates.
 
Do you ship Internationally?
No. We only ship within United States.

Will you ship to a different address or drop ship to my customer?
Yes we can ship to any address within the U.S.

How can I track my shipment?
Your tracking information will be emailed to you when your order is processed.
